Crème Fraîche

IMG_6829Ingredients:

1 c full-fat cream

4 T buttermilk

Directions:

Whisk the buttermilk into the cream.

Put in a glass jar.

Cover.

Leave at room temperature for 36 hours.

Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
